When you register, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, class, school, city, district, state, and a parent/guardian name and mobile number. When you use the platform, we collect login activity, lesson access and reading progress, and basic device/browser information for security and analytics. When you subscribe, our payment gateway processes your payment details directly — we do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to create and secure your account, verify your identity via OTP/email, deliver and personalise lessons, process subscription payments, send service and academic communications by SMS and email, and improve the platform through aggregated usage analytics.

3. Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform — our payment gateway, SMS provider, and email provider — strictly to perform those services, and as required by law. We do not sell student data.

4. Children's Data and Parental Involvement

Many ConceptVue students are minors. Registration requires a parent/guardian name and contact number, and parents/guardians may contact us at any time to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's data.

5. Cookies

We use session cookies necessary to keep you logged in securely. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, security and dispute-resolution purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
