By registering for and using ConceptVue, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Each student may hold only one account, which is used for all future subscription renewals — do not create a new account each academic year.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription pricing, the applicable academic cycle, and the exact expiry date are always shown before you pay. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All lessons, comics, illustrations and other materials on ConceptVue are owned by or licensed to ConceptVue and are provided for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not copy, redistribute, publicly display, download, or create derivative works from the content, or attempt to circumvent any access or content-protection controls.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your login credentials, attempt to access content you are not subscribed to, scrape or automate access to the platform, or interfere with its normal operation.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including unauthorised content sharing or fraudulent payment activity, with the reason recorded in our audit log.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

ConceptVue is provided on an "as is" basis to support — not replace — textbooks, teachers, and classroom learning. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConceptVue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
